Headhunting and Recruitment, Attendance Management, Payroll Management, HR Policy creation and development, Employee training and development, and Employee Performance Management are on-demand services. These can be availed separately by paying a service charge.

Service charge varies depending on the type of on-demand services availed, for the monthly subscription package please check the service section of the website. To avail of the on-demand services, an advance payment of between 30-50% of the total service charge is to be paid depending on the service type. Payment can be made in Cash, Bank transfer, or via Mobile Financial Services. Documents like Sales Invoices, Money receipts are also provided to ensure transparency.

There are refund options available in case of any undeliverables of the service. A minimum processing fee of at least 10% is deducted depending on service from the paid amount before a refund is made. Refunds can take 15-20 working days to complete. Also, refunds are only made if Oggrow is unable to provide the service promised as Oggrow is not concerned about any refunds for service cancellations by the clients.

Oggrow starts working on recruitment immediately upon getting the confirmation. Although the entire recruitment process usually takes 7-10 working days to complete.
